I need help

I call the insurance company to see if I could use New Start instead of going to Waukegan, especially with the price of gas and it maybe problems and follow- up care. I was wondering if anyone that used St Alexius and how long did it take you before you got a bill and if you had to set up payments how well did they work with you. The distance is getting scary for follow-up. My pcp would try but there is too much liabilty involve. Audrey
