Pureed Food Phase of Program
Hi Mike -
I was told to "do the best you can" on the pureed stage as far as getting your protein in.
I did do protein shakes but you can only get so much in.
I actually had a couple favorites on this stage and then I burned myself out.
I mixed refried beans, salsa & green chilis together and made a zillion meals out of that.
Racatto cheese & Ragu pizza sauce mixed together in a food processor and then microwaved for a couple seconds. It also makes a lot.
Chicken w/ a little light helmans may, pepper blended in the food processor.
Tuna w/ a little light helmans mayo, sugar free relish blended in the food processor.
Campbells Firehouse Chili w/ beans - blended in the food processor and topped w/ a little cheese. I really burned myself out on this one.
