Hi all, what's cooking for today? I am sitting here enjoying my first cup of "Joe" for the day. Got my 4 year PO apt scheduled yesterday with my good Dr JR. Really looking forward to it. It will be in June and I scheduled it the same day as our next support group, June 7th. I will stick around that area afterwards and do some shopping then go back for group. Need to get a few things together this evening because right after work tomorrow we will go down to Oakbrook, check into the Hilton Garden, have a bite to eat and then see the play that I won tickets to at Drury Lane Theater. Of course, first thing right afterwork is my time to get my butt in gear and shake my tushy either on my bike or go for a good hard walk. Take care and I will check back in later today to see what's cooking with others. Chris

Good Morning Chris & IL Board, I am off this morning for my 6 month check up a little late due to the good doctors vacation. After that, I am going to get a haircut, go shopping and then go renew my passport. If I don't get a chance to get back on here, I want to wish you and Dave a very, very happy 33rd anniversary

I had dinner with Willow last night. We had a long talk about everything. She made me feel a lot better. Not much going on with me today. I'm waiting for a call on a prospective job interview. This is just what I need! Hope you and Dave enjoy the day! Hugs, Lucy

Hi Christina, My appointement went well. I am going to be what Doctor F. calls a slow loser

My multiple hernias are alive and kicking, so far not growing so that is good. I am doing well on the protein and had some blood work done to check iron levels etc. I need to go and see an endo to make sure I am on the right dose of synthroid. I will keep plugging away and try not to compare myself to others losses. You are right I have done great so far, thank you for that reminder
