Kellie,
I am glad everthing went so well for you, and happy to hear you are at home. The walking is very very important, so definately keep that up. It should help with the gas eventually, and is also good so you don't get blood clots, or pnemonia, from laying down too much. Just don't try to overdo it, your body is still recovering from the surgery and healing. You take care and hope to see you on later.

Kellie!!!
Glad your home and doing well. Just listen to that bod and don't do too much. It's good to hear that your hospital stay was a good experience.
Keep taking those meds, doing your walking and sip, sip, sip. You will bounce back in no time. Let me know if I can help in anyway.
((Hugs to you!))

Welcome back. So, Dr F did another miracle! I wasn't gassy right after surgery/ It happened 2 weeks later to me. As for pain on your left side and not being able to lay on it.............I just started laying on my side last week. It takes a while for your tummy to heal. Rest, walk nd drink. Welcome to the loser's bench
