carlos galvani

hi everyone, I'm new to this so please bear with me while I get the hang of this! I'm trying to find info on Carlos Galvani at Day One bariatric center in Chicago.  I was supposed to have lap band surgery with Santiago Horgan but he moved to San Diego and Dr. Galvani is replacing him.  If anyone knows anything at all about him I would be so happy.   Thanks in advance, Linda

Linda, I searched for his name on www.asbs.org That is the American society of bariatric surgeons; I searched by name and zip code and could not find him, that is if he is a member of it and most bariatric surgeons are members of that site. I also tried to Google the bariatric center by name and could not find it either. I could not find him on the OH list either. I did Google for info on bariatric surgery in Chicago and came up with this http://www.dayonehealth.com/content/view/47/46/ They do not have any physicians listed as being affiliated with them at this time. Maybe Dr Galvani is expected to be working for them in the future. There is contact info there on the site and a sign up for a seminar.  Christine
