not sure what to think~

I remember how frustrating it was trying to get answers from the insurance company. Hang in there, keep trying and I trust you will find that one person that can help you. Then you better hold on to that phone number and persons name. I know I did. She was a blessing. But it did take time after time trying over and over to get someone that could help. They kept telling me over and over that they had not received anything from my surgeons office and my surgeons office had confirmation that the faxes were going thru.
I trust it will all work out.
