Last year I had BCBS. The coordinator at Swedish Covenant told me that in Oct 2006, the requirement became 6 months. I switched to UHC and was approved.

Thanks so much to all of your for your input. I have my first appointment with the dietician tomorrow, and I have a feeling she can clear some of this up. Having so much information from all of you has made me realize, I really need to be on top of this, and get some straight answers in writing.
