post op

Hi i am liz and i am 18yrs old. Dr.frantzides is my Dr. I am 4 days post op. Any suggestions for gas pain relief as well as clear liquid ideas. For those of you who had a gastric bypass laproscopically I have a really  bad ripping and hot feeling on the right side front of my abdomen is this normal? also, i am nervous because i see others eating food around me and i want it really badly is this bad? Also any advice for nausea and pain relief would be nice. Actually any post op advice would be helpful. thanks guys.. 

LIZ Gas X gel pills work awesome!!! walk and sip your water!! I hated clear liquids! I actually licked the cheese of my sons cheeseburger didn't eat it but licked it I was crazy!! no sugar added fudgesciles and sugar free jolly ranchers(not too many or you will be sick)  buy some protein I love fuzzy navel by sytrax I get it for 22.00 a jug through best price nutrition on line. Make sure you have it because at your one week check up or was it one month? he wants you to start the protein! I hurt on my left side where the stapler went in! I also got this burning tingling feeling between the incisions that was the nerves that were cut trying to regenerate! for me it hurt on the outside even if my pants or shirt rubbed it! Like I said I hated clear liquid so all I did was drink drink drink water! maybe had a sugar free jello a day. I don't recommend it but I just couldn't deal with food at all so I avoided it. for that stage! It is normal to crave what we can't have ! I ate to fast and if you look in my pictures you will see a very scary face from throwing up make sure you eat slow!!! good luck I know I went on and on but I went through all that you did!!!!
