Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts while my dog was missing.  He showed up at my parents house after being gone for 3 days (and just after I plastered the town with Lost posters).  My Mom had gotten called into work so she left the side door to the house open in case he showed up.  Dad got home around quarter to 3 and when he walked into the house there was my dog standing in the middle of the kitchen.  Frank wouldn't let my Dad come near him.  Dad called me and I made a B-line over there.  Frank was happy to see me.  Got him in to the vet that night for a once over.  He got a clean bill of health.  Got him into the groomers the next day.  It took them 8 hours to get all the matts and ****leburs out!!  Had a hard time getting in all my meals while he was missing.  Between not being hungry and losing track of time while looking for him.  Any way, now that he's back I'm doing much better all around.  I'm down 12 lbs now since surgery.  I'm 4 weeks post op as of today.  I'm down at total of 31 lbs since I started this whole thing. Made the mistake of steal a couple of cheese fries from my daughter.  Boy did that hurt.  Was able to walk it off but was thinking it's a good thing I hadn't had my first fill yet!!  Won't do that again!  Just now starting to feel hungry about 2 hours after I ate my last meal.  So swelling must finally be going down.  I'm finally able to sleep on wich ever side I want without be uncomfortable.  Found out 2 night ago that i can lay on my stomach in bed to read (my favorite reading position) without too much discomfort.  My daughter is excited that I have the ok to go swimming starting this Saturday.  She's getting tired of my jus****ching her swim and my not participating.  Getting excited about going to my first Dr Rosen support group meeting.  Can't wait!! So glad you found your dog. I know how it made you feel. I lost a cat once I was ate work and when the kids left they did not see him sneak out. Well there is coyotys and a lot of fox around here ao we never seen him again. I cried for days.  Well congrats on the weight lose. I have only lost since surgery 16 pounds. It seems to take two weeks after a fill for me to lose anything, I weighed 231 on June 7 when I got .5 cc fill finially this morning I weighed in at 229. I was excited. I go see Dr R again on July 5th. He will do this fill under fluro. I am trying to get in as much pool time I can because for 24 hrs after a fill we can not get in the pool. Dr R said since he put the needle in there it could le****er in an infect the area. I do hope other then your saddness with the dog, you are enjoying you days off. Again congrats on the doggie return and the weight lose!!!!!

Hi Shelley - I'm so glad Frank found his way home.  My heart was breaking for you.  I don't know what I would do w/out my furbabies. Good to hear things are going well with your recovery.  Congrats on 31lbs, woooo hoooo!!! I'll miss you at the support group meeting, it will be the first one I've missed.  DH and I leave for NC on Friday. Enjoy your time off now that your starting to feel better. Christina
