GOOD MORNING

OK LADIES....UPDATE ON MY TROUBLES.....IT SOUNDS LIKE THE PROBLEM IS IN THE INSURANCE OFFICE AT MY DOCTOR.   SADLY I I CAUGHT HER IN TWO LIES! SHE IS NEW AND I WILL OVERLOOK IT.....BUT I WILL ALSO SPEAK WITH ONE OF THE  NURSES OR MY DOCTOR!  I'M SURE THEY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW! THE HOLD UP IS THE PAPERTRAIL COMFIRMING MY APPROVAL WHICH WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND IT WASN'T FOLLOWED UP ON!  (1 MONTH LATER)   I DO BELIEVE THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED!   UPDATE YOU ALL LATER....PAM 

 

That is fantastic news. But, I would not let the ins. girl get away with those lies. A supervisor needs to know what you have gone through.  Chris

Good morning Pam. Glad to hear you got this sorted out. I agree with Chris, don't let her get away with this mistake. It's a big one and she should have to account for it.
