I would like to say tha things are finally settled.....the insurance lady at my Doctors' office said she was so sorry about the mix up! So I thought it was only fair since I complained about this I should post that she made it right with me also! I thought that was great that she did this! Do these people realize that they are dealing with impatient and unstable people? LOL Any ways things are back on the right track now. I HOPE to get a date next week! Thanks guys for putting up with me whinning! Pam
