22 lbs weight loss must of been a fluke

Weighed today and did my measurments for my WLS scrap book and I gained much of the 22 lbs back.  Not all.  So I don't know if I had been dehydrated the day I weighed and it said I had lost the 22lbs (could be since it was a 10lb weight loss in 2 days).  Maybe I've been eating too much sodium lately too.  We have been eating cold cut sandwiches and Cheetos since going to the zoo on Friday.  Guess we'll never really know.  I am though still down 9lbs from day of surgery wich sounds more typical of the Band surgery.  So here are my latest measurements: June 4th                                                 Today Wt. 305lbs                                             296 Neck  15"                                               14.5" L upper arm  19.5"                               19" R upper arm 20"                                   20" Chest  49"                                              48.5" Waist   47.5"                                          46" Hips  60"                                                59" L thigh  28"                                            25" R thigh  27"                                            24.5" L calf   17"                                               17" R calf   16.5"                                           16.5" Shelley

Shelley, join the club on the water weight issue. My right ankle is so swollen since I was in WI. I always know what the weather is and when I am retaining because that ankle always swells up. I severely sprained it in 1999 and it has always done that to me ever since. I would say stay away from both of those foods for a while, especially the Cheetos. If you want a little taste of them in the future try the baked ones, they are pretty good. The only difference that I can tell in the taste of the two of them is that the fried ones are saltier. Keep up the good work and I look forward to meeting you on Thursday. Christine

I never did my measurements, I forgot. I need to have my daughter take more pict since  haven't had any taken since March. As far as the weight thing since I had my surgery I have done the same thing with the ups and downs on weight. I usually total out with 4 pounds a month. The scales frustrate me. I want more. I am eatting the way we are suppose to, protein first then the veggie and if I have room carb after. If I was to record my weight tonight I would say a few choice words. I have unti Thursday to get the scale where I want it. Keep your fingers crossed I really want at least 4 pound when Dr. R weighs me.Ya know 9 pounds is awesome.! Its 9 pounds gone for good. Keep up the good work! I'm sending you a little fairy dust to help! Karen
