Hi everyone how are you you all doing?   I still have no date,   hummmm wonder if I'll get one at the end of this week!    I guess I have prayed for patience one too many times!  LOL    Is everyone going to see fire works tonight?    are they good in your area!!   Were some of you  talking about getting on the Illinois chat line?   Didn't know they had it........Come on you all and let's start using it!   like Saturday or Sunday mornings?   Or when ever!   I think that would be fun!  Everyone here are so nice and kind,  people just might have a chance to join in and talk!      SMOKE FREE 9 DAYS!                                                                                                                 Pam 

Pam, great news on being smoke free for 9 days, keep up the good work. We will go to the fireworks tonight here in Itasca. We walk over to a local grade school and sit on the soccer field and watch them. The Westin (formerly, Wyndham and Hamilton Lakes) has a fest. $15 a car to park and it is wall to wall people. Peter Frampton is the head liner on the stage. WLS TV usually broadcasts the finale of the fireworks.  As far as chat. That can be arranged/planned. Just one of those things, I will have to remember to go into the room. And those days are usually best for me, but I am an early bird, before 7am.  Have a safe 4th. Christine

Good Morning Pam, Congrats on the no smoking! I quit 5 1/2 years ago, and I have never regreted it. Saves money and your health! I am pre-op too, but not sure when the heart Dr. will approve. Its a wait and see approch. You wait  and wait. Our fireworks will be Saturday night. I will be able to see them from the backyard.  Today, my DH has decided to redo our back porch. Make it a bit bigger and abit wider, it looks nice so far. I will be grilling brats for lunch, and we will be going to our club for a steak fry later.  Now if the sain stays away.......... Lisa
