Wednesday Roll Call
Good morning IL. Sorry that I have been a slug lately and have not posted the roll call, have been a little tired and needed all of my energy to get through work. Need to stop burning the candle at both ends. 
Hopefully, there will be a peak of the sun here in the Chgo area.
We got some much needed rain overnight. I do not think that I will need to water my potted flowers today. I guess I will slink out and pull those weeds around my peonies in the back sometime today (after I enjoy my morning coffee).
The only other thing going on is that we are walking down to my great nieces house that is about 1/2 dozen houses down and will have dinner with them then a little later off to see the local fireworks.
What is going on with you and your day? Please also keep in your thoughts and prayers our new PO members on the board, all of our members that are away for the holiday on vacation and all of our members that are waiting for their dates.

I'm just going to stay home and relax. No kids around and the house is the way I like it QUIET! I will just get things ready for me to head north tomorrow. I have a fill under fluro at 4pm. I want to leave early to do a little shopping at the outlet in Aurora.

I look forward to seeing you at support group. I like that outlet in Aurora also, upscale compaired to some of the outlet malls. Nice selection of stores also. Consider Kohl's for some of your shopping they usually have great sales and there is a store right across the street from the clinic at the stop light.

Keep going on your new program but do not over do it so that you give up. Do not fall into the pitfall of the saying "no pain, no gain". That will cause you to quit faster than you can say "I quit". Physical exercise should not be painful, but physically demanding for you. The reason a person somethimes feels sore after a workout is that lactic acid builds up in the muscles during exercise. Soak in a warm tub with Epsom salts if you have them after exercising for about 10 minutes this will help your body to deal with the excess lactic acid too. Make sure you get your fluids in also during and after exercise. Begin gradually and slowly build up your strength and endurance, the amount of soreness after you exercise should be minimal. Was invited to a cook out at friend of the family's house ( actually my parents best friends forever), so I'll probably end up there. Need to catch up on laundry now that my new clothes dryer and washer have arrived. If weather is still cooperating I'll take my daughter to see the fireworks in DeKalb.
