Good Friday Morning to all! The sun is out, no humidity, and its Friday!  Chris, have an uneventful work day.  Christina, How old are your girls? $80. jeans????? If they want them, let them earn the money for them. When my yougest wanted a pair of designer jears, I told her to earn the money, since I was not paying for them. She did and bought them and the first time she worn them she ripped the seat out. I don't think to this day she spends to much on them. Now, she goes to walmart instead. Dee, change your name. Also glad you went to the Dr. Pam, nice to see you . Lisa

Hi Lisa - My stepdaughters are 26 and 17..  Amanda will not be getting $80. jeans from me.  She is a good kid and knows that we just don't have that kind of money.  I usually drag her to Value City and let her pick out the American Eagle discontinued items.  She now has a part time job so she can do with that money what she wants. I have my 10 year old niece that has been visiting with us so I will get her a few things to start off the school year.   Have a great day! Christina

Hi all.  Was up late last night checking out prospects on plentyoffish.com.  Been quite a while now since my last date so I know what Dee means by needing her date.  Was quite put off and offended by one guy's profile he's was looking for no "fatties".  How offensive is that!! Not that he looked like he would have been my cup of tea to begin with but I was definitely offended by his language in his profile.  May be why he's still single!! LOL Going tomorrow to Leland,Il to visit a friend of mine that is going through a hard time with her adult children.  She's in need of friendly faces and real hugs.  We are going to have a cookout down there.  Have to go shopping later and ge****ermelon and stuff to make potato salad. Been miserable myself lately.  Having my first TOM since surgery.  I have polycycistic ovarian syndrome and have to use birthcontrol pills to control the symptoms.  Had been off of them up until 3 weeks ago due to the added risk of DVT with surgery.  So now I'm paying the price.  Strong back cramps and just feeling icky.  Also port site feels sore.  Although, I can push on the site trying to locate the sore area and not be able to pin point it.  Must be from the hormones.   Oh how fun it is to be a female!! LOL. Nice to finally have a little more restriction in my band.  I'm still going to need a fill on July 31rst.  But at least  I'm not as hungry as I was before this fill.

Hope everyone has a good day and a wonderful weekend.

Shelley

Hello All, made it home last night.  Still in a lot of pain when the meds are wearing off.  Going to have to make this one short.  Just wanted to say thanks and I will check in tomorrow if I'm feeling better. JasonH

Jason, good to see you come in and say hello. The pain issue will lessen. Do what you are doing right now and keep up with the meds when you are supposed to take another one. It is harder to "catch-up" with them when you let the time to take them lapse, if you know what I mean. It takes longer to bring the pain back under control when you go longer between. Chris

Jason - Welcome Home!  Keep us posted on your progress.  I had my initial visit with my surgeon, Dr. Nagle, on Wednesday.  It went well and now I'm in limbo playing the insurance waiting game.

Hope your pain is under control and that you are feeling better soon.  Good luck!

Pat
