I did it; I did it; I really really did it!!!!!

Saturday was "A Day in Rock City" and it was a GORIOUS day for many reasons.

For me, the biggest was that I PARTICIPATED in the Swiss Canoe Races!!!!!! (no water involved.....) See the pictures and blog on my profile to share my joy!!!!

Young lady yes you did indeed do them. That was so much fun to watch. I Googled "Swiss Canoe Races" and cannot find anything anywhere. So, I think your people up there made that term up, how fun though to watch. You would not catch me in those boots, I would have fallen down for sure even going forward. Chris

Isn't it great to do stuff that "regular" people do.  My friend and I were just commenting on being comfortable in jeans, and it is such a boost to the ego, to accomplish things you didn't think you would ever participate in.
