Tuesday Roll Call

Well, I have a little break to come in and write a general note to all. My day is going pretty good and found out when I got in that the boss is off golfing today, great.  Well, it looks like there are some that have things on their plate today. Try staying awake girls. But, remember to take some time for yourself also. Got most of my left over work done from yesterday and just a little more to clear up.

Hi Chris! I've been having problems with a bout of Sciatica.  In lots of pain in my left hip that radiates down the left leg.  Anyway I saw my Nerologist yesterday and "bless him", he gave me an order for Physical Therepy and I have my first appointment this afternoon. I know this will help - it did the last time. He also gave me an RX for Lidocaine patches for the pain as I can't take anti-imflamitories.  I tried one last night but so far no relief. This is the first time since surgery that I have had anything like this and hope that it resolved quickly.

Ronna, how miserable for you. Hope all goes well with PT. It really helped when I hurt my knee last fall. I finally have relief with the injury to my knee. I will always remember what a ortho doc told me that soft tissue injuries can sometimes take 6-9 months to heal and that is just where I am at right now. My neighbor is going though just about the same as you are right now with sciatica. I know for her as it might be for you that it is really bothering her that she cannot get out and walk. She and another lady 2 doors down from me goes out and power walks nightly.  Take care, Chris

I all- I have been cleaning ALL day and my fingers hurt!  The little 2 year old boy I babysitt for found out yesterday that he has Hand Foot and Mouth disease.  Yuck!  So I have been cleaning and sanitizing everthing!  I hope everyone  can take a break fron the roller coaster ride!!  Boy that all sound to much.   Chris-  I have a good one for you.  At spencers, I just got my husband a badge that looks like a police babdge and it says "Boob inspector"  He thought that was funny!  As long as he doesn't use it !!!!!!!  He is going to take it into work and show the guys at roll call!!! Yeah, I like your idea Chris. Now I got to find that for my sexy doc! I'm seeing him again on August 13th. He says he is a leg man, but I think he is a boob man too!  Lucy

Nothing is cookin for today!!!!! I went to see my Surgeon and all is well. I dont have to see hime for 6 to 8 months when I come to Denver for a visit By plane this time!!!!! AS I wont be living here anymore. that will be weird!!!!! I got my prescription for B-12 shots so my cousin can give it to me. We get the U-haul tomorrow and on for packing it. Hope all is well. Carla
