Gained 7lbs.-Pre-OP-Why me?

I am now in month 4 of my 6 month supervised diet. I went to my pcp yesterday and I gained 7lbs.! I am so sad. I have really been trying. I just don't get. I hate this whole 6mnth diet thing. I can't lose wight!!! I have been trying my whole life. Now my BMI is 47.3!!! I am feeling so down. I have BCBS of IL and I know they are tough to get approval by. I am so scared they are going to deny me. I am just feeling so down.Not to mention that My knees hurt so bad I can't bend them for more than a few hrs. My pcp said i show no signs of arthritis,I was tld it's due to my weight. Can anything else go wrong? Oh yeah not to mention my chest hurts a lot lately. My heart is good though. My pcp says it my be reflux! Another weight related issue. Thanks for listening. I hope BCBS makes me a loser.If I have to wait much longer I may end up being a 100lbs heavier!

Hang in there..  I know it's hard but you will get thru this.  Can anything else go wrong?  Absolutely.  Just read my posts from the past 6 weeks.  This too shall pass. Just keep doing what your doing, you're so close to finishing up that surpervised diet and then onto another chapter in your journey.  You can do it!  Christina
