3yrs post op gaining weight back!!!

So after my Lapband revision 1 1/2 ago my band remained unfilled for 6 months for healing purposes. I gained 30lbs back of my 100lbs lost. I have had 4 or 5 fills and I am at 2cc in a 4cc band. I have no restriction yet except a few days before my period. Otherwise I could eat anything I want. I am really unhappy and feel my old habits kicking in. Any Lapband veterans out there who can share any stories of hope with me. This was a hard 3 years and an expensive 3years as well. Any help would be appreciated. How much can you folks eat and how filled are you? -Hilly

Lap Band on 03/02/07

I am not a veteran bander but I can only eat 1/4 to little less then 1/2 cup. I have a 4 cc band with 4.1cc in it. I was banded on March 2 2007. I am had a strong restriction at this point. I can not eat in the early part of the day. It hurts and I slim a lot. So I usuall ydo all my drinking of the 64 oz fluides in the am and in the pm I try to get all the protein in. I use yogert for snacks. If I try to push in the whole 1/2 cup we are supposed to get in at a meal I will vomit. I hope this helps. Karen
