Good Morning IL Board. How is everyone today?  Please keep Christina, Calvin and Amanda in your prayers today as they start to travel back to IL from Maryland. We also have other board members in the various stages of the pre op process. It also has been great that new members have been coming in and introducing themselves. Try to give them a cyber high five when you see them show up on the board. What is everyone doing today? I have to ride my bike down to work and send a couple of electronic files home so I can work on them this weekend. After that Dave and I are off to Willow to serve lunch to the production team. My prayers are  going out to Christina and family. Christine, it sounds like you have another busy weekend planned. But, bringing home work for the weekend............... now that is deacation (sp?). Hopefully the rain holds off, we need nice weekends. I need to get some chores done around the house today, then tonight we are going to see some car races. Then tomorrow, we will be spending the day at Arlington Park, with the horses. We haven't been there in a few years, so we are looking forward to that. Then its back to work on Monday. Well, I have to count the crime numbers manually and it is easier to do them away from work where you always get interruptions.  I hope the rain holds off a little also for your sake. That is always fun to go to Arlington, such good people and horse watching there. Actually, this is sort of an off weekend for us, activity wise. It is good to slow down. I also need to keep up this next week with two of my neighbors flowers being watered. They are going on vacation. They watered our flowers while we gone in June. So a little rain would be good also, but on Monday. Chris

I am tired this morning!! I have to drive to champaign to go to davids bridal and get my bridesmaid dress. Also the bride is getting her dress fitted!! My nephews are in town so I will be seeing them. Our town fest is still going on so I will go to that tonight

Morning all, I'm up early since I went to bed at 3 am. I have to take my min pin to the vet then do grocery shopping. We are having a barbaque tonight with friends; so I have a full day; ugh. Have a great day

Melissa, BBQ - fun. We have not gone or had one this summer so far. They are so relaxing to just sit back and talk and catch up with family and friends. Hope your puppy dog is ok and it was just a check up. Chris

I am late today, didn't sleep good, then when I finally went back to bed, I slept till 9.  Dang vampires was after me..lol  I haven't had a nightmare in years.   State still hasn't signed a budget, so guess who is going to look for a job....ME!  It is really getting my DH down, so if you could all just say a little prayer for him, that would be wonderful. If I remember correctly, the state legislature pulls this every year with not balancing the budget. I think sometimes it is a power struggle btwn the dems and repubs. They need to get a life! I will keep both of you in my thoughts and prayers. Take care. Chris

Well we are safely in Florida. We lost our oldest cat along the way. He decided to jump out of the RV wne we were in the hotel sleeping. He knocked out the screen in my bedroom and took off. I couldnt find him at all. That happened in Milton Florida near Pensacola. So now I only have 2 cats. The other one got out too but he was smart and was crying under the RV so I crawled under it and got his little butt and threw him in the truck and he rode with me. We are unpacking boxes. Boy did I have a ton of them. It didnt seem like a lot but there are. I have a new nephew. and His name is Manuel nachum Washington. he weighed 8 pounds 12 ounces and is 22 inches long. Ill see him on Wednesday when I fly to chicago. I am learning the lay of the land here. and have a job interview on Monday. Hope all is well. Carla
