Wednesday Roll Call

Why is it that we always have to do things for corporate when they come to make the bosses look good? OT, I wish I got some at times. Any time I am at work later it is on my own time. My boss is the "money man" when it comes to what the department spends on budget every year. He never budgets any for my division, so screw it. I do not very often ask to duck out 15 minutes early but I do have that option when needed. I can probably count on one hand (at the most) the times that I have asked to do that in the past 4 years.  I am not sure what day they have in mind for a meet and greet. I just threw out the weekends that I have open in September (the 8th & 9th and the 23rd). The next month is pretty full for me. October is pretty wide open. Of course - others can get together, not everyone is going to be able to make each date. Chris

Nothing much going on her in my neck of the woods. I am just going to kick back and enjoy the weekend with my hubby. He was home last week for just 1 day. THis weekend he is trying to get the 3 days off. If he doesn't get home I'll take a little rode trip with my daughter to St Louis. Karen

Hey everyone! Well...no phone calls from the teacher today and no tears at school !!!!!!  And get this...we were talking at dinner tonight and we asked Maddie what her favorite part about school is and she said "riding the school bus!" .  How about that!!!!!  This was just a small hurdel that we had to jump! I say we get together on Sept 23rd.  How about at Panara Bread out toward Woodfield somewhere and we meet around 1:00pm.  There.....the plans are made!!! Let me know if that works for everyone!  The time and place can change.  I thought the date would be good, so people could request time off of work and maybe SOME PEOPLE will have gotten their approval letter by then!!! Hahahah....(or maybe even getting ready to have surgery)

I am sitting on the fence if I sould turn my a/c off or not.  Does anyone know if it's going to be humid?  Better get going.  I hope everyone is enjoying there night!!!
