well for me, don't doing much going to the store, all my kids are coming over for dinner,
it will be nice to have all of them in the same place at once, I am making taco's daughter is making the beans and my daughter- in -law is making some hot potatoes
they are so good.lol
Anyway the special occasion is my granddaughter birthday
today, we had the party at the park sunday but today is her real day and she wanted tacos,
anyway hope everyone has a great day, and try to stay cool. it is going to be a hot one 
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Last night, we rinsed out the last of the straglers and I must say, they turned out pretty well. The "Shibori" technique is new (to us). That is the one on the pole. Today, just work.....then tonight, we have Olivia's 6th grade orientation.

I'm going to a jewelry party at my youngest daughter's tonight and am looking forward to that. It seems the only time I go out lately is to the DR. so the change in scenery is great.! My wound is just a mess- and according to the surgeon will be for awhile. So I am just going to have to adapt and do what I can and let go and let God.
Glad to see that Martha got a date and Lucy's at the pool. I will check out the tie-dyed shirts next.
