Need Some Advice

Ok, I had the lapband surgery on 13 august 07 but my dr will not fill my band until the 24 sept, my question is when I get the band fill will I be able to eat less., right now I dont feel that fullness right away, but I have lost 4 pounds, but I really have to watch what I eat, today I am going to start back exercising. anyone out there have any suggestions or comments

 

From my understanding that will add more restriction to you and you will not be able to eat as much as you are now. It may take a couple fills to get you to that "sweet spot" for you and you alone. Your doctor will be able to give you what s/he has as recommendations on how much to eat afterwards.  Chris
