Good morning IL, what is everyone doing today? Wish I could still be doing this but I woke up or my body woke up and said go face the day. I am an early riser but 1 1/2 hours before I was supposed to get up sometimes is a little too early. I am probably just excited about a few days off in the the Loop. Come on in and tell everyone what is going on with yourself and your family. I will not have computer access until we get home from downtown until Sunday evening. You all have a safe one and we will do the same. We plan on doing a lot of walking today, enjoying the Mag Mile, then this evening we will get the itinerary for the event that we are attending. I do know that we will be in a radio studio to watch a live broadcast Friday at noon. It is on WBMI 90.1 FM. A program called MidDay Connection for those of you that are local to Chicago. You can also listen live on the web. http://www.mbn.org/GenMoody/default.asp  Need to get moving and ready. Just a couple of minor things to attend to before leaving. Christine

Hi Chris. Hope you and Dave have a fantastic day in Chicago. The weather should be great for your activities. Just another work day for me! My employee walked out on me on Tuesday so I am alone again! So much to do and no help. Now I have to interview and hire again. YIKES!

This weekend is pretty quiet. My sister will be visiting with me all day on Saturday. Sunday my aunt from Austria is coming for a month visit. Soon I'll be seeing Dr. Steve, a week from Monday to decide what and how much I will have done. $$ definitely enters the picture this time. I am so broke!

Have a safe trip! Hugs, Lucy

Pam - How cool is that???  She is so lucky to have a momma like you.  I'm so glad you two found each other.  I like "toots" or "diva".

God works in mysterious ways my dear. I read years ago that cat's ears are in tune (sounds) to words with and "e" sound at the end. Ex: Kittie, puddy. That is why they come running when you say here kiddie, kiddie.  Most of the time my Miss Meggie was called Miss Kittie. She was a real Diva though and expected everyone to cater to her. Have fun with her. Chris

Step away from the food table my friend and yes, it's all garbage.  Have fun at the party but keep focused and don't let the temptations get the best of you.  You have exciting new adventures heading your way.  Keep focused on that prize     I hope the ultrasound goes well today. Christina

Good Morning Chris  & IL - I'm already at it with work up to my eyeballs    Calvin will be flying out today to MD for a court case tomorrow in regards to his minor daughter Amanda.  Unfortunately, since the death of her mother at the end of July, she has chosen to have no contact with us or anyone on Calvins side of the family.  I just hope that girl is getting some much need counseling but I'm guessing that's not on her agenda. I'm hoping to knock this day out and veg majorly tonight.  My plans never work out but with Calvin out of town I'm hoping to get out of work at a decent time and just chill!  We shall see. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.  BTW, any talk on a date for the Apple Orchard Meet?  I'm going to have to get my request in at my pt job soon and they do the schedule two weeks in advance so the sooner we can get a date ironed out the better it will be for me! October 20th or 27th sound good to anyone? Christina

Good morning Christina, Yes oct 20 or 27  is good for me, don't think I will have surgery before then,I hope you have a very good day and can get some rest, Pam that is great that you got a new baby, I love cats, I lost mine in may 06, to cancer, I still have not got another one,                                   Christine have a good time in Chicago this weekend, Lucy have a nice visit with your sister, I am having my aunt coming sometime this weekend or next week, her and you man are traveling from Ca. to who know where, and are stoping by to see me, I have not seen her in about 20 yrs or so,  Dee, sorry to hear you have a barking dog in you neighborhood, sounds like the police will be need ,which is too bad ppl need to keep their dogs under controll and I am sure you are not the only one that is hearing him bark all night., Hey good luck with the job interview today,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Lucy & Christina, enjoy your day and hopefully it will not be too stressfull. Chris Christina, you probably need to touch base with Kim to see if she wants to be in charge of October orchard day.
