Dear Christina: What size are you looking for in a coat?  I have a really nice black, wool coat with a velvet (I think) collar.  I think it is size 3x, but it might be 2x.  I can not wear it any longer, and would LOVE to give it to you if you could use it.  I could send it to you by UPS........

Hi Dawn -  Just saw your post.. I'm guessing a 2x although I have not started looking.  I'm wearing 1x tops but with sweaters I think a 2x is probably what I need??  What do you think? Thanks for thinking about me. Christina

PM me your address, and I can send it over by UPS.  YOu can try it on and keep it if it will work for you. I would much rather give it to someone I know than a stranger.

Good Morning IL~ I went to a scrapbook class last night and had a blast!  The night before that I went to see "gameplan".  That was a GREAT movie if anyone was wondering!  Not much going on today!  We are going to take Maddie to story time tonight at Barnes and Nobel, then go to the halloween store to look.   Ryan told me yesterday that after I call my 401K place to talk to him and we can talk about my options.  I think it is sinking in how bad I want the surgery.  I kind of understand where he coming from..He is worried that I will need a new car or that something will go wrong w/ mine and if I'm paying on my loan, I will not have the money to pay on my car.  We just don't want to go into debt over the decision to have surgery.  We have worked so hard to not get in over our heads, I don't want to screw that up for our family.

Anyway.....tomorrow, Maddie and I are going to her school to do a fall clean up and then we are going to the Fall Diddley craft fair at the Boone County fair grounds!  It is awesome! I hope everyone has a safe and great weekend!  Love ya,  Kim

Thank God Kim......That Ryan is having a change of heart!   At least if you can put out those options and decide TOGETHER it might make you feel a whole lot better!   It had to be tough that he wasn't supporting you for that period of time!   But glad to see that he's coming around! Hugs Pam

Hi Kim! Glad to hear that things are looking up for you.  Is the insurance issue closed?  I would keep at them if possible.  They want you to give up on them.

Besides that, it looks like you and Ryan are coming to terms, and that is a good thing!

It sounds like you have a great weekend planned!  Have fun!

Kim -   It's all your fault!    I'm so easily persuaded into doing something other then work.  I was going to work tomorrow but after talking to a co-worker, I think we are taking a road trip to the craft fair!  We'll go in on Sunday morning to finish up the project that needs to get done.  Maybe I'll see ya there??  Do you know what time it opens?  We are going to meet for breakfast early then get on the road.  I'm so excited.  I was actually driving into work this morning thinking there should be some craft fairs starting up so this should be fun.

I'm glad that Ryan is open to talking about the surgery.  He'll come around, it's just gonna take some time.  One day at a time sweetie. Christina

Hi Kim-so glad to hear your hubby is coming to terms w/your wishes.  Don't give up on the insurance though-it took me 16 months but between me and the Kane Center we wore them down. Eddie doesn't call me the Pit Bull for nothin'!  In the mean time your in my prayers for a result to your situation that pleases all!  Hugs-Janet K

Good Morning Chria and all of Illinois! Chris, I would LOVE to come to your block party, but I will be on the beach that day/night.  I will think of you though.......

I am trying to get organized for the big trip.  I need to get schedules typed up for the kids so that Amber knows where they need to be and when.  I will start packing this weekend, since it seems that I can go ahead and load up all the summer clothes since it is SO FREEZEING here now.  Christina, I am right with you on the being cold issue!!!

Tonight, David does not have to play football as it is Seniors Night, but he IS expected to attend the game with his jersey on over jeans.  So, I imagine that at least Todd will join him there.  I don't know if I feel like being outside in the "cold" for 2 hours........and besides, Olivia is still grounded, so I should stay home with her.   (Yeah, right, that's the ticket......) As far as I know, this weekend is pretty open, so I will try to get everything together for the trip.  I may check out the local consignment shop to see what kind of summer clearance stuff I can pick up.

I am hoping we hear some good news from Cindy soon and I can't believe how many are coming up in the next weeks!  I'm just so thankful that we have such a great place to come to support each other! Christina!!!!!  You are almost half the person that you used to be!  How cool is THAT!!!!! I am thinking of you all and wishing you a wonderful day/weekend!

hi Chris (and all)!  I've been in Naperville every day this week attending training ... today is the last day (wohoo!) ... as a gal who's commute is about 20 seconds (to my office upstairs), its been tiring and frustrating commuting to Naperville from Chicago every day!  I can't believe I used to do this EVERY day.  Oh well ... other than going to the farmer's market tomorrow and football on Sunday, I'm kinda playing it by ear over the weekend.

Hope ya'll have a good one!
