Christina, you know that I wouldn't spank your puppy or anyone else's! I just wanted you to laugh since you are hurting! I love puppies!!! I had a Yorkie Terrier and loved her so much; I miss her dearly. Yes, everyone I am a dog lover and I care!  See I can be an angel! Lucy

Lucy....You an Angel?   I think NOT! I'm fine, just a little achy.  Trust me, it could have been much worse.  Broken arm, wrist etc.  I did notice that I don't have as much padding to break the fall.  LOL Trust my my pup has a trouble maker.  I think she does have the  in her. Christina, I am glad it was only your pride that was hurt!  sorry you are achy today too though.  Those dogs can be little stinkers can't they?  Phantom chewed up one of my shoes a few weeks ago, luckily they were only ones I slipped on to sneak outside for the mail and things like that.  Not a good pair.   Take it easy and did you kick Calvin in the shins?  LOL

Thanks Monica - I can't be mad at Calvin, I would have done the same thing to him.  Only thing I would have done different, I would have let all the dogs loose so they could lick him to death and get  him even more muddy with all those paws!  LOL  I'm so bad.  Good grief, I think Pam & Lucy are a bad influence.

Oh Christina, Maybe you need a hot bubble bath tonight and a nice rub from Calvin tonight!  What kind of plastics are you looking to get?  Don't over do it today if you are really sore!!! 

Hi Kim - A hot bubble bath sounds delightful!  I may just have to do that.  As far as plastics go, Girl.. I need the works!  I'm not kidding.  But of couse, I will have to decide what is most important since I will have to pay out of pocket.  I have plenty of time to digest it all and figure out what is best for me. Sorry to hear about the high cholestrol and arthritis but it may play in your favor. Talk to ya soon. Christina

Pam I already have my to do list ready for today! I am SOOOO excited!!! Unfortunately, I have about 4 loads of laundry on that to do list. I am still debating whether or not I am going to stay overnight or not. Dr. Rantis said it is up to me.... and I really think I would be happier in my own bed, but I may play it by ear; bring an overnight bag just in case.

I know what you mean Kristen......I want to be home too!   I would stay just the one day.......this is all so new, you don't want to have anything scare you      too many loads of laundry....got mine done!   all 5 pieces  basic black  "fat clothes"  the uniform! My surgeon is going to keep me until maybe Thursday!   UGH  He wants to do this because of the distance......smart man that guy is!   I am so glad he's my surgeon!

The distance is another factor for me...or should I say lack there of. I only live about 10 minutes from the hospital, and there is an Alexian Brothers 24 hour extended care center across the street from my house. The idea of being in the hospital overnight scares me more than anything else... weird huh?
