Good morning from sunny and hot Phoenix! Thanks for the well wishes. Willow and I are having a fun time. We went to the pool yesterday! Of course, I had on my bikini, floating down the lazy river and sunning myself. Using lots of sunscreen! Last night we had the meet and greet with OH and it was great. All the food they had was pouch friendly and nutritious. Soon we are off for our conference! Hope all is well with everyone. I'll check back later! Hugs, Lucy

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Lucy and Willow, enjoy yourselves as you both deserve the break to get away from your respective work and everyday lives. Hopefully one of these days OH will come back to Chgo and I can go to a conference here. Chris
