Reflux durinig sleep?

Help. I got a slight fill yesterday and last night I awoke 4 times with acid coming up my throat. This morning eveyrthing seems fine. I had 16 oz of water and 2 cups of warm tea with no problems. Also, I am lookin for support or support groups in the Rockford Area, anyone know of one or want to start one?
