What to do!!!!
Take a deep breath and relax sweetie.. Your surgeons office or nutritionist should give you an outline of what is acceptable on your liquid diet. The first few days may be a little difficult because your body may be trying to figure out what on earth you are doing to it but you'll be fine. Keep focused on the end result. Just keep reminding yourself of the reward once you complete that liquid diet.. You get to have surgery, become a new, healthy, Shana~ As far as not being able to eat anymore..... I thought the same thing but to be honest, for the most part, I can eat whatever I want if I choose to in smaller portions. I have not had bread and I don't eat any kind of deserts with sugar but I'm telling you, there are some amazing deserts out there that are made with splenda and are really good. I don't eat them very often but if I want a treat, I'm not going to deprive myself I just make sure it is made with splenda and only eat a bite or two. It's all about making healthy choices. Good Luck to you! Christina
