Tuesday Roll Call

Good Morning Illinois, Has anyone heard from Janet? Marilyn is doing ok.  Mendys will be haveing hers on Thursday.  Other then that, its a typical Tuesday morning. Everyone who works is either there or going, or just getting home.  Make sure you dress warmly today, it is a bit brisk outside. I even dragged out my " lite" winter jacket this morning. Morning Lisa! I'm glad to hear Marilyn's surgery went well. I can't believe how chilly it is today. I heard that the wind chill is in the 20's and I was shocked.  I have an appointment with Karyn at the Kane Center today to fill out some questioniares about the AP band study. I'm going to try and take some time to talk to them about insurance info. Maybe they can help me with my coverage issues. Work is going to be slow today so I am glad I get to leave a bit early. There is only two of us left in the office, everyone else has the flu! Hope you (and everyone) has a great day! Kristen

Good morning Lisa and Kristen and IL Board, I made it through my first workday back from vacation....ugh!  Glad that tour of duty is over til tonight. So, although your day is just beginning, mine is sort of ending.   I made it to Curves this morning for a quick workout and now it's off to sleep for a few hours. It really is c-c-cold out there today....I layered some cold weather gear I bought just in time (yesterday) so I fared pretty well. Hope everyone steers clear of that flu going around (especially you, Kristen...with all those sicky-poo folks at your job...make them stay 10 feet away !!! lol!!). Have a great day!!! Paula

If you are still on liquids you will end up having really loose stools. I was told water in = water out. Chris

Good morning everyone!! Not much new here. Worked out this morning and at work now. Its cold but my office is like an oven!!

Howdy everyone....it's a busy day for me today.

First off, I had my pre-surgical testing done this morning.  Everything looks good and I have my surgery time!    I am now scheduled for a week from today (11/13) at 8:30am!  Bad news is that I have to be at the hospital at 6:30.  My wife and I have to figure out what we're going to do with our daughter - the plan was to drop her off at daycare then go to the hospital but they don't open until 6:30.   She'll probably have to get us all up and to the hospital (15+ mile drive) drive back to the daycare (15+ miles) then back to the hospital to wait it out. 

Then today at 2pm I have an interview scheduled (I currently am unemployed).   

And then tonight at 6pm I have an appointment with the post-surgical nutritionist.
