Saturday Roll Call

Good Morning Illinois, I think it is going to be a quiet Saturday around here. I want to make some sugar free chocolate chip cookies to take to my daughters for Thanksgiving, You know, you have to keep the SIL's happy.  Othen then that, I hope all of our new post-ops are getting enough rest,  and water . And getting some exercise in, even if just walking around the house or yard.  DH is taking a shower, then he will be hauling stuff to the basement for me. Of course, I will be going down  with him to bring up some of the holiday decorations. Now, don't flame me, I like to do things like that slowly, getting everything in its proper place. It will take take me a week or more to get stuff where I want it. Not sure what the rest of the day will bring. I hope Christine and Dave are enjoying the Dells this week.  Come in and tell us what your weekend plans are. Lisa

Lisa...We were thinking of the same thing!  I went and browsed this morning and saw knowone posted the rool call, so I thought I would jump in!  I hope I didn't step on you toes!  I have been thinking of you latley!  How is the weight loss going and are you happy w/ your decicion?  Better go! No Problem Kim. I thought the same thing, it was almost 9;30, and no one posted yet. I am really feeling great. I know some of it is still from the heart surgery I had in the spring. The Dr told me it would take from 6 months to a year to bound back. Yes, I am very happy with my decision to have Lap Band. The weight lost is slower then I thought, but , I have lost close to 20 lbs I think. And I am able to exercise a bit more.  Can't wait to see you again at the Christmas party. Lisa

Hi everyone, I am still working on getting all of my water in and food UGH... Other than that I am not sure what I will do today, DH is working on our kitchen and I can't help with that soooo, I will just do my normal surf the boards, do laundry and maybe a bit of x mas shopping on line... I hope everyone has a great Day...

Hi Don - This is really going to sound strange but your pictures just brought tears to my eyes.  They are happy tears.. WOW, what a transformation you have made.  I'm just amazed at your before/after pictures.  You look so happy and full of life.  Congratulations on taking your life back! To Good Health!  Christina
