Yesterday and Party Plans

Good morning everyone! First, my plans yesterday went down the toilet. On my way out the door, I called Ed and found out that he worked all night (He's a cop in Indiana) so he needed to sleep. I decided to go to the Grand Victoria casino by myself. I was there the whole day and came home with $27.00 more than when I left. So I had a lot of entertainment and didn't have to pay anything. I also got a lot of comps to bank for another visit! The day was not totally a disaster. OK, the party! Well, I can't have the party starting early in the afternoon, as there is no way I can physically handle that number of hours. Party will start at 4 pm. Sorry to those who made additional plans for early that evening, but I honestly thought that everyone who was interested in coming, blocked this time in their calendars. Food and beverages are pot luck, meaning that everyone coming is asked to bring something to the party. In order not to have too much of one thing or nothing of another, I will ask that you PM me with what you will be bringing. Then I will start a post with a list on OH so that everyone can view it. As you know, I will be one week post-op and will need your help in set-up and clean-up. It shouldn't be too much since we are all adults. OK, put your thinking caps on! Have a great day. Lucy I can be your loose end and get anything lacking at the end.......All you have to do is let me know if this works for you........Helping you set up is good for me, that way if my mean old boss doesn't give me the night off I can still leave at a reasonable time and go straight to work. Pam

What time on Saturday?    You will be just fine.   We all are behind you 100%   so you know you will be covered in our prayers! I haven't been naughty.......but I have offers!    I have put them on researve for a couple months! Till I feel up to par! I can hardly wait to get into trouble as soon as I heal!  

Wanna come to my house around 3ish? Then you can drive me to the clubhouse. I usually can walk it, it's not far but I'll only be one week out and with the lipo, we'll see how it goes. Lots of swelling! Thanks for the offer! Lucy

Sure....that would be fine!    You are so brave to do this!   I heard PS is worse than RNY?   So don't know how you're going do this........but we want to be around you as long as you want us!   LOL

Pam, yes plastic surgery is more painful than RNY but not as bad as rectal surgery!! That was my worst. Yes, I will love the company. I usually get depressed as I am home alone and it gets very lonely. Lucy
