lap band adjustment
Kiddo, this is something that you need to talk with your doctor about, all the things that you should expect from your fill (s). I do know from what I have read and from others in my doctor's support group that it sometimes takes a couple to few fills to get to the "sweet spot" of where you are just right and have enough restriction and when you are at the point of loosing weight and having that restriction.

Hello, I had the lapband in August, I had my 1st fill on the 24th of September and had to go back on the 8th of August because I was able to eat everything off my plate . You need to have a restriction if you do not then yes need an adjustment, so far everything is much better and I am losing .Hope this helps

I did just notice that you said that you "can eat more than a few bites". Could you explain what you mean by that? What is your doctor's protocol for how much you are supposed to eat? I would get in contact with his office to find out exactly how much you should be eating. By you saying that you can eat more than a few bites that is hard to judge how much you are actually eating. With my doctor for RNY and the band we are to eat 1/2 cup of food, concentrating on protein first 5-6 times a day with this being about 1000-1100 calories total. We are to eat slowly taking up to 15-20 minutes to eat and if we are full before the time frame and all the food not being gone we are to stop.
So, I would make sure that you are getting enough nutrition in in your few bites of food. In my honest opinion you probably are doing fine and are not over eating or need another fill. Concentrate on if you are loosing weight or your clothing is getting bigger to be your guide.
