Thanks Karen...  It seems amazing to of lost 200lbs in a little over a year.  Of course I owe most of it to Dr. R and the support I get from Calvin and my OH family.   Thanks for the luck on my foot, It's actually on Friday and I'll be sure to post when I get home. Christina

good afternoon everyone.  It seems that I don't get here much before afternoon anymore because of kids and work.  lol Christina, I am SO proud of you for hitting that 200lb mark!  way to go. I think I am getting sick again too, it stinks.  I woke up with a scratchy throat and it is getting worse instead of better.  I am also freezing and just not feeling well.  Tyler, Jacob and I have a funeral to go to on Friday too, so I hope I'm not sick.  Their great grandfather on my exes side passed away a while ago and they are just burying him now. (he was cremated).  I don't wanna be sick for Saturday either...I have to party!  lol Well I hope everyone had a great Wednesday!

Hi Monica, Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well....you need to take a warm shower, put on some flannel pj's and snuggle under the covers!!   (I am not a doctor, but if I were one, that would be my prescription for you!!) Ya know, I hate to take baths in my huge tub or showers because my masterbath has so much wasted space it never gets warm in there....Maybe I need to invest in a portable heater!   Monica

Oh yes, portable heaters are the BOMB!!   Just be careful using them near water. The upstairs of our house gets chilly and I have a portable heater that I just wheel around to whatever room I am in...except the bedroom...cuz apparently bedrooms are "supposed to be chilly" ???? I wish we had a huge tub....like a jacuzzi or something.....I'd be in it all the time!!  Alas, just a regular ole tub to soak in.   (and with me being a princess, you'd think the accomodations would be better around here....I must speak to someone about that. LOL!)

I worry about the dogs with a portable heater too.  If I am in the tub, they are laying right by me.  They go where ever I go in the house....heck, it's hard to get the bathroom door closed just to pee without them barging in!  LOL
