Ok, maybe the sun glasses is pushing it, but a girl in the midwest can dream can't she? Went to the gym last night and we worked on the back. We did pull downs with the bar, 5 sets of 30, 40, 50 Not sure what you call this but you hang down with a weight in your hand and push up.  12, 15, 18 Planks Pulled down using the cables, 5 sets of 30, 40 and 50. Hey Girlfriend,  I did Curves today....and then only 20mins on the Gazelle....had to do my physical therapy stuff for my shoulders, so I guess I DID move to lose today!! Yaaaaay!! I also signed up at the local college for Aquasize, Beginning Bellydancing and Qi Gong classes beginning next semester.....I'm really looking forward to that. Hope all is well with you!! Paula

I DID! I did 2 miles as warm up.  I am now up to 20 reps on each band exercise and 7 miles after that! I am slowly adding more! Some day, I will be doing those awesome counts that you do! Have a great day!

I shoveled Ice on the walk way, does that count?

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. ABSOLUTELY!!!! Shoveling is a good upper body workout and cardio too!
