Good Morning Illinois,   What has everyone planned for today?  Christina and Calvin should be getting ready for his wls this morning. We are all praying for you Calvin.....you have the very best working on you!  Dr. Rosen doing your surgery and the Christina taking care of you after!  You are in very good hands!    Mika is doing good from the sounds of it. Welcome to the loosers bench!    Send out those prayers for Kim and her family......that tornado hit her town and I saw the damage it did to Edwards Apple Orchard. A tornado in January....strange.  Monica, you sure are loosing weight.....how long do you figure before you hear something?  Now where are our missing members?   Lucy,xraychik-Cyndi, Mendy,Kristen,Dee,  Have a great day everyone!

Add to the list Lucy - I woke up thinking about her this morning. Yes, wasn't that some storm out in your area? I have never seen freight cars lifted off of the tracks before. They must have been empty. Today is my late day at work 8-4 then I go for a hair appointment at 430 to get boootiiiful. I had to put off an apt for various reasons over the holidays and I am more than ready to get a style and color. Not much else going on here. The house is back to normal and I am moving onto other projects in the basement for better organization down there. Organizing down there is something we should have done years ago but were too cheap to buy things to do it with, like the five shelf unit I bought yesterday. Thanks Chris, I did add Miss Lucy to the list.....I didn't forget her by any means.....I just thought she was on the board a day or two ago!   Have fun on that hair appt to getting boootiiiful.....Did that last Friday!   It just changes your attitude when you get all prettied up!

I'm still thinking about Kim and the tornado. I know the people that own the orchard. The pictures on TV were horrible!

I have an early meeting at work today--we are looking an electronic medical records and I have to represent our department. What we might need is way different from what the clinics need. Guess I'll learn a lot.

Other than that, just a regular work day as far as I know. At home I'm getting clothes ready for the cruise to the Caribbean in 17 days! I need sun!

Morning Pam and the rest of the board. Calvin should be ready, if not already in, to having his lapband done. Its only a 45 min procedure.  Does anyonr know how far Kim lives from the orchard? On Ch. 7 last night they were saying the tonado did damage to the house and barns, and some  out buildings, but it spared the apple trees. Tonados are strange things. I will be leaving for work in a bit, with this rain, we may or not be to busy today.  My DH and I are celebrating our 42nd Anniversary today. I think we are going out to dinner somewhere local,   Please take care in this rain today.It can be as bad as a snow storm. Hugs to all

Lisa I believe Kim lives right by the apple orchard...It's all Popular Grove? I think.......It's sounds like the schools kept all the kids inside and didn't release them when the weather turned out to be threatening.....so I would say maybe Kim would be at the school!  The schools weren't touched.   42 years of marraige?   That's an accomplishment!   Congradulations to you!

Hi everyone! Well, yesterday was my first day back to work so by the time I got home I was plum tuckered out.  The weather was definitly strange yesterday.  It mad me think of So. Cal. during the winter.  I am sitting here eating breakfast and getting my lunch ready for work today.  I am now in a funk, and I believe now that I better get rid of the dam bathroom scale.  I have not lost any more weight.  I am stuck at a 10lb loss since Saturday.  So, here I am wondering am I ever going to lose this weight?  Or, am I just 1 in a million people that this will not work on....Ok, Ok, I know I am not quite two weeks out on the surgery, I am probably going through buyers remorse.  I am now in fear of going to see Dr. Kane on the 17th and only lost these 10lbs.  I am trying to make sure that I get my 60 grams of protein in, but it is very difficult.  How can you do this when only eating 4 ounces of food?  Ok, enough of the pity party..... I hope that Kim and her family are safe.  Wishing Calvin best of luck today on his surgery.  Where oh Where is Miss Lucy?  I truly miss her.  Monica, I have all available body parts crossed for you and that your paper work is submitted and approved soon.  Lisa, Happy Anniversary!  MichelleC, how are you doing? lets see if I missed anyone, I hope you have a good day. Don't worry Wendi.....It will come off!  Just sit back and relax and don't think it's not working for you......You have very good Doctors and they know what they're doing!  So did you just get tired your first day back to work or was it a bit painful?
