Did You Move To Lose Today?
Hi Everyone
Isn't this weather just the strangest thing you have ever seen
Needless to say, I didn't go to the gym. Rocky and I did get out and walk before the storm**** The little guy was on cloud nine, he had to pee on every tree
I had seen this guy on TV where he claims you can get buff by doing 12 sec exercises in a 20 set. It was mostly core stuff but doing it V E R Y S L O W L Y.... I pulled out my exercise ball and to my surprise I was sore this morning. So if you do crunches...just do it very slowly by a 12 count, hold it and then a 12 count back down. Do this with all moves and it really does burn.....

I so do appreciate it when you share with us what you are doing, how and if it's working. We are all different and we have to try different things. I have learned so much from you guys and try new things all the time.

Today was a cardio day and I did 10 miles in 35 minutes! I seem to be adding the miles......not too long ago, I struggled to get in 6!
Horray for me!!!
Glad to hear that you and Rocky got out and about yesterday because the temps have started falling........Oh well, it IS supposed to be winter after all, but the respite in temperature was nice.

I will move later, I go in the evening..... So last night I went on the bike for 20 minutes and the treadmill for 30 minutes, My legs are finally getting un sore from the trainer and I have to go back tomorrow UGH!!!!!
So tonight I will go and do some more, I just wish this stall would end
Then I might feel better....
