Well the cold weather is back
I guess I should be thankful we got a taste of spring in Jan, but I think it's kinda cruel....
I took the day off as I will be working out during the weekend....

Hi Kathy I finally get to post on here now!!!! Wooo hooo!!!! I did a 1 hour water aerobics class this morning! I loved it! I will be doing water aerobics on M,W,and F mornings and on Tuesdays learning how to use some of the machines... We joined our Park District's Rec Center and will also be going as a family M,F nights to swim and on T,TH nights to walk the track and shoot hoops... I am just so excited about this! Blessings Jenn

I did actually move today. My goal was to walk half the block and home, but I kept going and walked around the entire block.
It's not much, but it's the first time in quite a while that there weren't any ache's and pains associated with walking.
Jen, I absolutly love working out in the water. It is so gentle on the joints. Glad to here that your enjoying it. It sounds like you have a plan for success there.
