Did You Move To Lose Today?
Ok, the sun is shining and it's zero out. Now that is insane
I went to the gym last night and took my kick boxing class. I am going to go the gym during lunch and do some lower body weights. I find all the boxing is doing a great job on the upper body but don't get as much on the lower body.
I got up the nerve to post a photo of me in a swim suit. And this was at my heaviest. So I am working hard to get in that 2 piece for summer
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Keep those workouts coming. I get so much from the and I am almost 3 1/2 years out. I know it helps all those here that view this post.

I have been on a stall for over a month because I was not working out (too far of a drive blah blah blah) anyway I got a total trainer for v-day and I have it in my unheated garage. I have used it everyday but one day for an hour each day. I love it love it love it. The first day I was so sore I could bearly walk but I did it the next day anyway. i forced my self to take that day off. Now it is freezing ice storms and all and I still put my sweats on and gloves and worked out. I can't wait to weigh in on sunday I just know my weight loss will be back on track.
