Exercising

Ok I am just a month and a half out and loosing pretty normal. I was wondering because my dr. did not allow regualr exercise till after the appt on Thursday which is like 6 weeks out do you find that you start loosing a little more or does it slow down? Just wanting to know so that I am not frustrated if the slow down part happens! I have lost 38lbs thus far so hoping to keep going at that rate to get to the goal. Thanks for all your help and answers to my crazy questions!

Congratulations on 38 pounds!!! I think that you will find that the exercise will make you feel better and keep you losing.  I'm not sure that you won't gain a couple of pounds of muscle, but should keep losing from there. Maybe Kathy can answer more expertly than I.......
