Hello everyone, I was released from the hospital yesterday, but did not feel like sitting at the computer yet. The surgery went fine, although they did find a hiatal hernia, which was repaired. I see so many post that they are feeling great, while I am so sore lol. Maybe it has something to do with the hernia. Well you all take care, I just got back from driving to get my staples out. I need to eat lunch and take my pain medicine. Renee

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
