Did You Move To Lose Today? Does anyone in IL exericise?

Hey Kathy, I don't have an appointment scheduled anytime soon....No shoulder pain!!! (yaaaay!) The walk we are doing next is on Mother's Day...the Y-Me walk....our team name is The Funny Company....all are welcome to join in on the fun. Sorry to hear that lil Rocky is having leg problems...Copper has leg problems also...I give him a half tablet of Traumeel (made by Zeel) and he seems fine afterwards. It is a holistic treatment..and I use it for muscle pain...the holistic vet prescribed it and it was $$$ thru the vet...but you can find it at health food stores or Whole Foods.... Give Rocky a hug from me! P

Ok, if you are feeling better then I will let you off the hook!! I was looking forward to seeing you... I am going to google the walk and get signed up. Wouldlove to walk with the gang. Once I get signed up I will let you know.

Rocky's knee joint is popping out of place like a dislocation and when it happens he can't walk on the leg. He is going to have to have surgery to correct it. OH and they said his other leg may get that way also. He LOVES to walk and this is so sad. He will be so excited about going for a walk and then a few mins into the walk he is walking on 3 legs instead of 4...boo hoo

I went to the water aerobics class for one hour and then walked the dog for 30 minutes. I will also start working with my horses on top of that. Hope this helps, I was not aware about this link so will post more often. However my posts are at weird hours since I work odd hours and days! Thanks bunches and will chat soon!
