Good morning Carol and the rest of IL, for me today not much going on I took the dogs to the park yesterday and that was a work out, as they both were pulling so hard by the time I got done with the walk my shoulders were killing me,
So I think today I will try a differant place maybe their wont be so many people and the dogs will be better on lead,
I hear that we are getting rain again tomorrow. and cooler temp, boy winter just does not want to give up,
Everyone have a great day, and see some of you Sat,
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Good morning Illinois. My work in Seattle is almost done, but my Los Angeles project is having major problems. Even though they are out of my control, I'm getting all the heat. Hopefully, my engineers and vendor will get it all ironed out today, but I keep getting nasty emails from my boss. I guess it's true about everything rolling down hill. Last night I treated myself to a new Japanese Chef's knife that I'd been eyeing for several months. I know it is funny to be buying a cooking knife when I'm about to go on a soft diet, but I needed a treat, and I'll still be cooking for the family. Besides, I have all the salsa and guac to make for you guys on saturday! And it was an incredible price. I only hope that it makes it back to Illinois without trouble. Maybe I'll fedex it to myself. Anyway, I'm glad to hear that it's sunny and warm there. It's rainy and in the high 40's in Seattle. Due to my peanut control, my blood sugar numbers are back down! Thanks to everybody for your words of support yesterday. You folks are great!

Paul, I do not think that it is strange to be buying the knife that you bought because you will still have to eat PO, you are just going to be a little more creative with your "cutting". Actually, I am a little jealous as I love quality knives. My husband and I buy on a regular basis Cutco knives, ones that are useful for us. I would recommend that you pack your knife in your suitcase (do NOT put it in your carry on) or have it shipped.
Christine
looking forward to meeting you on Saturday, my husband will be there so you will have at least one guy to talk to and he is a PO WLS (RNY) patient.
