Lucy came through surgery fine today and is doing well, she has been up and around already and sitting up in the chair. she will be back on line soon. I am sure she is grateful for eveyrones well wishes.

Hi Val.....thank you for the update on Lucy! I knew she would wiz thru this surgery, she was so anxious to have it! It will brighten up her days ahead! I'm just glad she is done with it and on her way to where she wants to be! Pam

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
