Dawn, I know you told me once where you get your Protien but can you tell me again, I think you said some place in Rockford, Right?  I love the flavors you brought to last months support meeting and want to get some, but just can't remember where.  Also would you like me to bring the plates and forks for the pie monday? I make that pie last week and Jim loved it he want to know when I am going to make another one. . see you monday.

Hi Janet! I was getting the IDS Multi-Pro Whey Isolate from a store here in Rockford called "The MYO Store".  The address is 302 N. Alpine Rd., phone number 815-229-7220.  It is just north of the Rock River Block, in the little strip mall above the "Three R's".   They are very nice in there.  They also carry lots of bars and the "Any Whey" unflavored protein. I sat "was", because they have had to raise their prices and I found it cheaper online at www.bodybuilding.com.  The only place that I can find the Cappacino flavor is www.vitalady.com. Bodybuilding.com also carries the Syntrax Nectars and their cappacino is more like iced coffee, but very good too. Plates and forks for the pie would be great, thank you!  I am SO glad that everyone likes it so well.  I might have to make 2.........one just for Pam, if she comes out of lurk-dom..... Lurk-dom?   Naw......busy at work and my stomach is KILLING me, I think it's b/c of skimmed milk....I just recently introduced it to my daily diet!   ooooooh but that pie  sounds so good!   Yes I have been planning to come on Monday night!   Pam
