Wednesday Roll Call
Good Morning Everybody! Well, no fish last night for Nic, but we had fun. Tonight I'm taking him to the Sox game. It will be a late night since we live so far north, but he loves the Sox. I don't know how that happened since I'm a die-hard Cubbie (must be his mother's fault). But a baseball game is still a baseball game. Other than that, not much going on. I hope everybody has a great day. Paul
Hello everyone!
Sounds like fun, Paul! Have a good time!
Hope those of you who are recovering are feeling better today!
This is a teaching day for me. I have a three hour lecture this afternoon. I've given it a lot, but it makes for a long afternoon. Often i have a guest speaker for part, but not today. Oh well. I'm giving myself the rest of the evening off afterwords!
Enjoy the sun!

Revision on 04/19/13
Good Morning.
Since I grew up in St. Louis, I am above all a Carnial fan. But, since I married a Sox fan, Sox are my second favorite team.Have fun at the game this evening, dress warm.
Today is hump day, just a couple more days until the first summer holiday, and a day off work.
I hope it starts acting like summer, and gets warm. I am so tired of transitional
dressing, Especially this year, since my wardrobe is limited, and everything I bought was spring/
summer.
Its time for me to leave for work, i will catch up with everyone later.
HUGS

hi illinois! i am slowing eating my eggs as i write. i am doing well and 28 lbs done! my daughter told me last night that when she got off the bus, she didn't recognize me from across the street! then my husband told me that i am looking completely different from the front view! what a great feeling! i experienced PB's last night for some reason. it is weird that i have to learn my body all over again to figure out why this happened. today is my first full day back at work. wish me luck!i hope everyone has a great day!
Good morning everyone! Just one more day for my visit with Dr. Guske. Still sore and swollen in the abdomen. I can feel my port. It seems high to me.
I was out all day yesterday. Actually, I spent some time at the Blue Chip Casino. Didn't win, but didn't lose much either. I had a good time.
Now I will be checking into the possibility of going on a cruise with Pam. Can you imagine the two of us on a ship? Look out men, here we come!!! LOL. A lot of naughtiness will be going on.
Stay warm. Our pool opens on Saturday but I think I'll wait until Sunday. Low 70's seems too cold for me considering I'm a fresh post-op.
Hugs,
Lucy

Good morning Paul (Go White Sox!) and Illinois!
Can you tell I grew up near Sox park? My husband did too and we've always been Sox fans. Paul we can trade sons as my youngest is a Cubs fan. The only thing is my son is 25.
Connie good luck with your lecture today.
Karey, what did you eat? How fast did you eat? Did you chew? You'll figure out what you did wrong. Good luck at work today!
Lisa, hope your day at work isn't too busy.
Lucy, behave at the doctors office tomorrow! Look out men if you and Pam go on a cruise together........
Glenda, have fun shopping.
I hope everyone has a great day! Enjoy the sun!
Good morning Paul and the rest of Illinois!
Have fun at the game tonight! It is Cubs all the way at my house.
I am working today and actually got in at my usual early time because Todd's car is finally fixed (this time, anyway......) I feel SO much better when I can get a jump on the day.
We have "A Day in Rock City" meeting tonight and the kids have physicals this afternoon. Todd is going to take them this time though. The date for "A Day in Rock City" is July 19 for those of you thinking of coming out.
I am trying to get the summer lined up for LIv. She wants to volunteer at the Discovery Center Museum, and I hope they let her. It will be something that she enjoys and keep her out of trouble. This is a really tough age......too old for a sitter, too young for a job or to be left alone.
Congratulations to Karey's husband----that will be nice to have both spouses going through this together.
Shana is recovering also.
I am thinking of you all and saying prayers for all who need them, especially Monica, who has a scary test to be done.
The sun is shining, and I am guessing that it just HAS to get warm at some point.......
Have a fine, sunny day!
