Well, Lads and Laddies.... tomorrow is MY day finally!! I know it seems like a long time coming but now that it is fast approaching and the countdown begins I am a roller coaster of emotions! I will be leaving this evening and flying out.  I will then arrive in Texas and have a shuttle come pick me up and take me to my hotel. I hope to get some rest and not worry myself sick. I then will call to have my driver come pick me up and off to Dr. Rodriguez's I go!  I hope and pray that it all goes quick and smooth and that the trip back will be safe and smooth as well. I am going to take my laptop but not sure if my wireless card will work there or not.  If not then I will post when I return. Hope all of you have a great day and upcoming weekend!!  Take care and thank you for all of your wonderful words of encouragement and support!! This journey that I have started has been eaiser and sweeter w/all of you by my side. Thank you ~ Chunky Munky!!

Good luck tomorrow!  May you have a quick recovery and a safe journey. Please let us know when you get home.  Remember the mantra: walk, walk, walk, sip, sip, sip, rest, rest, rest.

Good Luck!  It will be a great experience and you'll love Dr. Rodriguez and all the staff.  They're great!  If you have any discomfort, be sure to ask for the pain med's.  They are very mild to the system and take all the pain away in a jiffy.  I didn't realize that I could ask for them until I was close to going home.  I found that tea went down easier than cold stuff.  As they say, have an uneventful surgery!  And sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk!  Paul
