Whole Foods Market
Just wanted to share. My DD was talking about Whole Foods Markets this morning. so I decided to check out their website. I was surprised to find a whole section on receipes, including the nutricional values on eeverything. It can give all of us some new ideas on family friendly meals that we can eat.

Just wondered, how many cc's did Dr. Guske give you for your first fill?? I'm having mine tomorrow morning. I'm so glad and happy that he will be back from vacation....

Hi Lisa. I just verified my appointment with Darcy. It is with Dr. Guske.
I did find out at the Lifestyles class about Katy, the new PA.
I am not happy with that arrangement but at least for my first fill, I will have it with Dr. Guske. I can address my feelings with him.
If you remember my appointment was cancelled for last Thursday when I was supposed to have my fill and I was so disappointed!!!
I don't have any cc's in my band right now..
