Good Morning All! Not much going on today but work. I'm looking forward to my fill appointment tomorrow. Tonight my wife and I are going to start our walking routine. Hopefully, it will be nice out and we can get an hour in. I've been dealing with a sore heal (possibly a spur) for the last few weeks and I'm hoping it won't hold me back. This exercise thing is so hard to find time for in my schedule. I'm sure that as I get more regular with it, the pounds will come off faster. So far, I'm down 26 pounds since 5/3, which isn't bad, but I'm sure I've slowed down since the begining. I'll be happy if I can keep an average of 8 pounds per month. At that rate, I'll be at my ultimate goal by January! My original timeline was next May, so I may be getting my hopes up a little more than I should, but I figure why not? Have a great Tuesday! Paul

Good morning Michelle and Illinois! Today I'm going to lunch with 2 former co-workers. Tonight I'm going to the gym and the support group meeting at the hospital. I hope everyone has a great time on their vacations and get-aways. I know when I was in WV it was soooo great to be away! Have a relaxing time! My son has a severe eye infection and is very sensitive to light. He can't even drive with sunglasses on. WARNING: Please do not fall asleep with contacs in your eyes...this is what contributed to the infection. Hope everyone enjoys their day today!

That happened to be back in jr. high or high school. I scratched my eye, and it hurt! I still have a habit of sleeping with contacts in, but I now get the night and day lenses, so I am allowed to do that on occasion...lol I hope he is feeling better soon!

My son start Accutane today for his acne and he can only wear his contacts while playing his sports then they have to come out because this med causes severe dry eye and will cause ulcers in the eyes if contacts are worn all the time! He's not happy, but tough patooties!

Good morning Michelle and the rest of my IL family Not much going on for me, I do have to go to the store for some milk, might do some laurary and pick up the house, I am still tired from my trip I slept of and on yesterday and went to be at 7:30 last night up this A,M. at 5:30 thanks to my dog. but I still sleep today, Boy this trip really took alot out of me, Hope everyone has a good day.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Good Morning, I have 10 min until I need to leave for work also. Today seems to be a busy day for everyone. I found a new receipe for grahm crackers the other day, I might try to make them when I get home. They are only 47 cal. each. If they turn out, I will post them. It looks to be another beautiful day in the neigborhood. We sure can't have enough of them.

Good morning Michelle and my fellow friends! Yesterday I took the car in because my air conditioner didn't work. Well, they couldn't find anything wrong with it... it was empty so they had to fill it up again. They put in a dye to trace the leak. I have to take it back in next Monday, unless I lose the air again, then I can take it in sooner. What a bummer! I'm so excited though, as I got great tickets to see Elton John at Caesars Colisseum while I am in Vegas. I got front row seats! Nothing else going on for this gal. After seeing the pics that Monica took, it made me depressed. I look sooo fat in those pictures.

Good morning all!

A quick trip to Madison today was added in yesterday. I feel like I need a little bitty fill. Some days I can just eat too much quantity. Also, our new insurance year starts July 1 with deductibles and all. This year we have spent more than the max so we don't have to pay the co-pays, so this one won't cost us. The next one will. Kay also wants a little fill. So I have clients this morning, a quick trip and clients tonight. What an exciting life! (LOL)

Hope everyone who has been struggling is doing better and feeling more serene.
