I'm sorry to hear of your troubles Monica.  It's always a toss up with work vs. day care cost.  Seems silly to pay to work.  I don't think guys always get that.  Not all of them anyway. Good luck with your insurance.  I hope they are able to help you out.

Hey Monica you can fill out for unemployment on the internet. I work for a family business. It a private owned school bus co. I was told back in 1991 when I was hired that we could not draw unemployment when laid off in the summer. I believed them how was I to know he was wrong. I trusted him. Any way I worked there 10 yrs before I thought I am going to try. I did and found out I could, they took out taxes so I was eligiable. The only way I would not have gotten it was if I worked for the school district. Then thats considered a state job.  I got every one that works there to get unemployment and my boss complaines every yr because we got smart enough to claim what we worked for. So go on the internet file and find out for sure, all they can do is send you a denial letter. Or better yet a call in date. Karen
